FSX/P3D. For those who attended last year's FlightSimCon or saw our interview with Developer Bill Womack at the event, we announced the upcoming release of iBlueYonder’s first branded scenery package The Herons Nest. Known for sceneries such as Cushman Meadows and Selitz Bay, Bill has shifted focus the New England region of the US, which also includes Nantucket. The Heron’s Nest is rough dirt strip gouged into the crest of Outer Heron Island, Maine. It comes complete with a cozy little cottage, a barn hangar for parking your ride, and nature, nature, nature. If the undulating dirt strip gives you the willies, you can also fly in on floats and park in the water hangar in the protected cove near the cottage.
So who is eligible to get the scenery for free? As announced last summer, you should have signed up to the iBlueYonder mailing list. And if you did, you should have already received a link to the scenery in your inbox. For those of you who didn't bother to sign up, you can do so via the source link below for the future. ADX Avatar Guy says he will be putting together a little livestream of the scenery so stay tuned for details.
