Giving Credit Where Credit Is Due. Also...

FSX/P3D. A primary focus of mine and with ADX is to support and promote developers who work hard to serve our community. That said, many of you I am quite sure are by now aware that I am not much of a fan of the XPlane platforms (a rather mild statement). But that doesn't mean that XPlane doesn't have some really cool and kick ass third party addons (I get jealous) and when I see them, I do point them our here on the blog. The last two I called attention to here on ADX was an excellent third party rendition of Stewart and a certain A350 which I feel is accessing a following much below it's potential.

The latest however, is the Altitude Simulations Detroit project many of you have been tipping me off to over the last several months and I really must say, it's bloody impressive! No clue where the SunSkyJet guys are in regards to the Detroit freeware they are working on but if Altitude Simulations ever decide to port over to FSX/P3D, there is no doubt in my mind they will take this community by storm. If there are any known talented developers out there possibly willing to work with these guys on a conversion project to FSX/P3D, shoot me an email. Additionally, the team is also looking for texture artists. Please get in touch if interested.
